These terms cover chomskireport.com and working with The Chomski Report, a division of Briteday Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). We're a very small operation — one person plus AI production tools — so these terms describe how things actually work here, not a generic template.

What this site is

chomskireport.com is a marketing and information site. It describes UGC video production services and links to free and paid resources. There is no checkout, account creation, or automated purchase flow on this site itself.

How services are engaged

The video production packages described on this site (single video, packs, retainer, sprint) are not purchased through this website. They're arranged directly by email with Michael at hello@chomskireport.com. Scope, price, timeline, revisions, and payment for any specific project are whatever is agreed in that direct conversation — the pricing shown on this site is a starting reference, not a binding online order.

Digital products (Gumroad)

The "DIY Resources" toolkit and the AI Content Compliance Toolkit are sold through Gumroad (turnerartistry.gumroad.com), a separate platform. Purchases there are subject to Gumroad's own terms and refund policy, not this page. We don't process or store your payment information — Gumroad does.

AI-generated content and disclosure

Video content produced by The Chomski Report is AI-generated. We disclose that per the FTC Endorsement Guide (16 CFR 255) and EU AI Act transparency requirements on our own content, and any project we produce for a client includes the disclosure language appropriate to where it's used, as agreed with the client. We do not warrant that any specific disclosure approach satisfies every jurisdiction's requirements for every client's use case — laws vary by region and by how the content is used, and a client remains responsible for how they use and label content in their own markets.

Not legal advice

The free checklist, this site's compliance-related content, and anything Michael says about FTC or EU AI Act rules is general information based on his own reading of public guidance, not legal advice. Neither Michael nor Briteday Ventures LLC is a law firm. If a compliance decision matters to your business, talk to your own lawyer.

Intellectual property

Content on this site (copy, logo, design) belongs to Briteday Ventures LLC. Ownership of a video produced for a client is whatever is agreed as part of that specific project — typically the client owns the finished deliverable once paid for in full, but the exact terms are set in the direct agreement for that project, not by this page.

No warranty, limited liability

This site and the free checklist are provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or that the information is complete or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for anything arising from this site or the free checklist is limited to what you actually paid us for it — which, for the free resources, is nothing.
